Porur, Mangadu, Vanagaram, Kolapakkam, Manapakkam, Gerugambakkam, Kattupakkam, Poonamallee, Madhanandapuram, Mugalivakkam, Kovur, Iyyappanthangal, Alapakkam, Kumananchavadi, Kundrathur, Valasaravakkam, Virugambakkam, and Saligramam.
Service availability may vary based on technician availability and location.
4. Inspection & Pricing
- Our technician will inspect the appliance before confirming the repair cost.
- Pricing will be communicated before repair work begins.
- Additional charges may apply only if extra parts or repairs are required and approved by the customer.
We do not perform unnecessary repairs or replacements without customer approval.
5. Payments
Payments must be completed after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We currently accept:
- Cash
- UPI payments
6. Spare Parts
Where replacement parts are required, Easy Home Care uses high-quality compatible spare parts suitable for the appliance model.
Availability of specific parts may vary depending on the appliance brand and model.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Any service warranty, if applicable, will be informed by the technician at the time of repair.
Easy Home Care is not responsible for:
- pre-existing appliance damage
- manufacturer defects
- recurring issues caused by old or heavily damaged appliances
- delays caused by unavailable spare parts
