Our doorstep services are available across selected neighborhoods in Chennai, including: Porur, Mangadu, Vanagaram, Kolapakkam, Manapakkam, Gerugambakkam, Kattupakkam, Poonamallee, Madhanandapuram, Mugalivakkam, Kovur, Iyyappanthangal, Alapakkam, Kumananchavadi, Kundrathur, Valasaravakkam, Virugambakkam, and Saligramam.
Service availability remains subject to technician logistics and booking availability on any given calendar day.
5. Inspection, Fault Checking & Pricing
- Our technician will thoroughly inspect the faulty appliance on-site before confirming the total repair cost estimate.
- Final estimated pricing will be communicated to the customer before actual repair work begins.
- Additional charges apply only if extra internal parts or technical repairs are structurally required and explicitly approved by the customer. We maintain a strict policy against performing unneeded repairs or parts replacements.
6. Payments & Billing
Payments must be completed in full immediately upon successful completion of the service job. We currently accept the following payment models:
